If there is less than one hour remaining before the agreed-upon pickup time, the total amount due will be charged. For hourly car service, no cancellation fee will be incurred if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

If you believe you’ve left an item in one of our vehicles, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to locate and return the item to you as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the recovery of lost items and are not liable for any lost or forgotten possessions.

The consumption of alcoholic beverages within our vehicles is permissible only with prior approval and in accordance with local laws. Should a passenger become overly intoxicated, our chauffeur reserves the right to request a cessation of alcohol consumption or, if safety is compromised, to terminate the journey. Please note, if spills from food or drinks necessitate additional cleaning of the vehicle, an extra charge may be incurred.
